Watch Out for Guaranteed On Line Quotes
Found that not all of their stores will honour guaranteed on line quotes when the item is collected. The service in stores is generally very good and their product range is good.

Good Service - No Frills
Staff helpful and informative. Very competitive fares some of the check-in systems at foreign airports are slightly lacking in efficiency. If you get stuck on line then the helpline staff are excellent.
BT
Hook, Line & Sinker
BT is a giant and any chain is only as strong as its weakest link. There is a tendency to pass you around the houses and this can be very frustrating when you are sitting on the end of a line. They take a lot of time, trouble and money to acquire new customers but once they have hooked the fish the tendency is to let them flounder on for years with an uncompetitive rate - because they're hooked!

Good Value and Service
Very good experience with the dealings that I have had with this firm. The lines that they do have are very competitively priced. Products cover a reasonable spectrum for the area they trade in.

Website user friendly. Customer service excellent. Slight difficulty sometimes with trying to compare prices of products but this is to be expected with the diversity of products available at your fingertips. Have sometimes had slight problems with some of the carriers but amazon always came to the rescue.

I was stuck for a takeaway meal so I inserted my postcode - placed an order and waited. It arrived in good time - exactly as ordered and excellent quality. The service and concept is brilliant.
