I had flown easyjet from 2002 to 2009 taking 10 flights a year and was always very happy with them. At the beginning of 2010 sadly my wife was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.Apart from the worries and stress of the diagnosis and subsequent treatment left us with 10 flights booked and paid for that we had no way of knowing if and when my wife could fly again. I approached easyjet and explained the situation and forwarded to them doctors, oncologists and surgeons letters and asked if I could have all flights and monies held over until such time that my wife would be well enough and once more be able to reschedule our travel.Easyjets cold and unfeeling response was NO.
My experience with this Company started about 2 years ago and took almost a year of myself making telephone calls each one had talktalk admitting they were wrong and promising that I would receive no further bills and threats from bailiffs. However each succeeding month a further bill and bailiffs letter was received. This stressful and traumatic experience was only resolved when copy letters were obtained from my line provider and forwarded to the bailiffs office who finally agreed that they had been wrongly instructed and that there was no case to answer.
