having ordered some mens knitwear as gifts for family members, to open up the packages and find, a childs sponge bob back pack along with the two remainder packages of knitwear all wrongly sized and colours. Unfortunately it was too late to re order in time for christmas, informed amazon straight away and was sent the standard email of sorry please return goods, and we had to pay for postage and get a receipt to send them as proof of postage paid to receive any monies back. Extremely poor customer service along with no thought or apology for such a let down.

we have purchased goods from yukka a few times and each time its been fuss free with excellent communication and confirmation of goods to be delivered etc., all goods received have been really good quality and exactly as stated on their website.
