I have ordered many items from eBuyer. The prices are great, the items are always what they say they are, packaging is always secure and delivery is fast.
I have only had return one item and that was refunded within 3 days of me posting it back.

Very disapointed
I ordered 4 items over a month ago. I've had excuses about delays and maybe lost in transit or stolen. I asked for a refund after waiting a month like they asked. I have started a dispute with them in PayPal and will escalate it to a claim tomorrow. I have tried to be fair and patient with them but I wish I had read these reviews first; it seems many people are having or have had the same problems I am having.
