This is what i wrote as a complaint to them and to date have received no acknowledgement or response.
"I am very disappointed with the service I received. This order was very important to me so I phoned before I placed the order to confirm that it could be delivered by 13th January. I was assured that it could and I placed the order in good faith. I received confirmation on 10th that it had been dispatched
When it did not arrive, I phoned and was told someone would get back to me. No one did and I called again. The person I spoke to said " it's probably just the mail taking it's time as usual". If you "usually" have a problem with your first class mail taking over three days to arrive then why was I not informed before I placed my order. No apology was given, just a rather lame " give us a call on Monday if it does not arrive by then". It arrived on Monday and I am not therefore confident that it was actually posted on the Tuesday before.
Whilst you cannot be held responsible for the mail you can be responsible for the information you give your customers and how you speak to them.I have been a repeat customer for the past couple of years and will not be using your service again."
