Bought an expensive coat (£775) and experienced problems in the purchase procedure which led to it being more expensive than advertised. Unfortunately cannot go into the details of this here as Trustpilot have censored my original post as there was 'a reference to an external website' which is apparently not allowed even though it was an intrinsic part of the financial transaction I agreed to with JulesB. I raised my rating from 1start to 3star as JulesB did rectify the situation, but I have been involved in sending a large number of emails in order to get what was originally promised and the experience therefore has been less than satisfactory. I do wonder why all the ratings on here are 5star except for the few that have been redacted; maybe those described similar problems to the ones I had but you, the reader, are not allowed to know about them? What is the point of Trustpilot in that case? It will be interesting to see whether this 3star rating is allowed to remain on the site!!
The discounts on BoilerJuice seem to be a thing of the past. A couple of years ago the group buying discounts I got were substantial and worthwhile, these days they are very modest and often I get nothing at all. My recommendation is to shop around calling direct to the companies BoilerJuice use, sometimes you can get a better price direct. BoilerJuice - you need to up your game!!
