We started using HH about three months ago. I specifically like the review database "aging out" reviews older than 6 months. This ensures that declining quality take-aways don't continue benefiting from previous success.
We've used both desktop-based web browser and mobile-based apps ordering and both work very well.
There is nothing to take away from the service. Perhaps more work could go into UI of the mobile app, but that will come over time.
Order made on 31/01/2012 with a note left asking for it not to be processed if it cannot be delivered within 8 working days as advertised.
Called company on 6/02/2012 as no communication other than order acknowledgement was received. Was advised the tyres haven't been sent yet, so asked for order to be cancelled. Told that wasn't possible.
Two hours later received invoice and a note suggesting tyres have now been dispatched.
Checking with courier a full day later and tyres have as yet not been collected.
All the while, no responses from order or complaints email addresses.
