I waited in all day as the two parcels were booked for collection on that day, no-one called to say they would not be here on the day. I don't have time to wait all day for UNRELIABLE delivery companies. I hope the person who ordered the collection will not use them again, they had to reschedule for two days later. What a 'shower'.

I used to be a fan - but a while ago I ordered some shoes, they were marked size 9, they would have been difficult for a size 6 or 7 to get into. I sent them back and was told that they had not got a bigger size & would not refund my postage - how arrogant & contrary to Sale of Goods Act is that? I refuse to buy from them now, my wife has bought from them, but the poor delivery time on her last order, coupled with the fact that they send out too many catalogues (seems to be one a fortnight?) has made us both throw in the towel. Great stuff - pity about the team selling it - One wonders if the MD is 'au fait' with what is really going on?
We love Waitrose for shopping, the quality is super, worth a few pence more every time. Staff are great, layout very friendly with wide aisles. You deserve to do well.One big fault is the fact that you do not deliver to The East Coast of Lincolnshire. Our nearest store is Lincoln (37 miles) Why not save us the fuel? Everyone else does.We can order wine on line from you, but groceries, no? Why not when we have ASDA - Co-op, Tesco,Sainsburys vans passing every day. I would suggest that you lose £1000per annum turnover - just from us each year. We have friends who also would be interested - so come on & join the 100% service club.
I suppose when you have such competitive pricing it is difficult to see beyond that. But, Lidl could do with a shake up! In the snow this week their car park (Mablethorpe) was a disgrace, little effort made there. They do not take credit cards here (They do in Scotland???) & hence lose a massive percentage of our custom. They love the long queues at checkouts. the staff are getting a bit more helpful, but leave a lot of room for improvement. But then we keep going back for some unbeatable prices/quality!?
I ordered a simple medicinal ointment, it was as stated but having paid an extra £5 nearly for express delivery I was disappointed to find that the early Friday order could not be delivered on Saturday morning?
I did not read the conditions closely enough so apologies all round I have had a refund, will shop again with them.
