Terrible product Terrible service

Try ringing these guys before you buy from them,.. that will give you a heads up on the company standards. No one answered the phone on several occasions when my canvas arrived wrinkled and generally all round poor quality, i did get a response via email after sending in photos of how awful the product was, this said "Your images have been passed to our director for inspection and he cannot see a fault with your prints. These products are hand made and are never going to be absolutely perfect. It is for this reason that we will be unable to offer you a replacement of your print. " So all in all RUN! Go somewhere else, where you can get paypal protection or use your credit card,.. i dont think i will ever get a refund, these guys are plain cowboys.
