Bought running shoe instore and half the price online :(
I went to the St Helens branch and bought a pair of running shoes after being advised by their team. Unfortunately I came out of store with the ones they advised to buy and not the ones I had gone in for :(
They did not have my size for the ones I wanted.
They price was not cheap either!
Decided this morning to take them back and have looked at the receipt and they only exchange or give you a gift voucher.
I went online to see if they had my size in the other shoe that I really wanted and low
and behold the running shoe I had brought home with me is half the price of the shoe instore.
So I will not be shopping in their store again except to try it on and order online!

Catherine was brilliant, I was sending a pallet to Ireland, my address was longwinded and she tidied it all up for me so the labels could be printed. She did not go offline until I was all sorted. She was excellent and I received an excellent service for the pallet to be picked up the next day. It was also 10.45 in the evening and she did not leave the chat until 11.15, excellent, she also sorted the courier UPS for me. UPS picked up the next day {today) at 11 am, what more can you ask for. UPS are also an excellent company, service with a smile.
