I ordered a large 4 door wardrobe, which I expected to arrive on Friday 24th May. After a hiccup in the supply chain the wardrobe did not arrive, however, after contacting the company through Facebook, I had a personal assurance the wardrobe would be with me the following day and it was with me by lunch time.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were polite, courteous and went out of their way to help
I found EKM after my previous e-commerce provider proved themselves unable to fix simple issues with their website, or even answer the phone in a polite and effective manner.
EKM have gone above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me when transferring my website to them, they have patiently answered every question that I have had.
Mark in particular has been outstanding, and it would be tempting to assume that it was just him, however every single person on the other end of the phone has been courteous, messages have been passed on and phone calls returned.
I was not treated like a novice with no experience, which can be insulting, having said that, I would hardly describe myself as a technical wizard either, and the answers to simple questions were given efficiently and without frustration.
One of the major bonuses I have found with EKM is that there is someone there more than just Monday to Friday 9-5. The live help is very effective and promptly answered, and I haven't yet asked a question where the answer was 'You can't do that' or 'I don't know how to do that...'
I guess time will tell how good EKM are long term, but at present I cannot rate them highly enough.
