Excellent experience and customer service

I had a really good experience with www.proporta.com customer service. My delivery was delayed for some reason in the post. But Proporta sent me a replacement straight away just in case it was lost on the post! The replacement turned up really quickly and I am really happy with the way everything was handled so effortlessly. Overall just a really nice experience with them really and highly recommendable.
