Reliable, good value and friendly service
Dealt with for the first time as they were cheaper than my former supplier. Goods were delivered far quicker so will definitely be using again.

Good service whilst saving about 40% of vet's price.
Easy website to use but as the vet would only give me her own prescription which had to be posted I sent it 1st class but the receipt of it was acknowledged the next day. I only paid for standard postage, so it took 5 working days to arrive, something I will remember the next time I order. It was well worth it as overall what costs me £47.51 at the vet's cost me £27.48 which includes the price of the vet prescription, so over £20 saving. Will definitely use again.

The products I required were the cheapest I could find at the time online, the ordering was quick and easy. The delivery was very fast by a smiling driver who carried the heavy box straight into the garage for me. I had no problems with anything and would definitely use this company again.

Thanks for your comprehensive review of the service you have received from us, it's really helpful to know what's working well and what needs improvement.
In the new year we are re-looking at the postal services we use, and plan to make some considerable improvements. Often 2nd class post arrives within a couple of days, but it seems that as soon as there is the slightest problem (xmas post, inclement weather etc) it can be delayed considerably.
In the meantime, there are a number of postal upgrades available, with 1st class being just £1.50 extra, regardless of the size of order.
