FAULTY I PHONE

I have been trying to contact this company for days !!

On hold for 30minutes at a time @ 10p per minute.

My i phone 4 upgraded on 13th January screen is faulty.

Vodaphone are not interested - keep asking me to call E2save.

BUT THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES.
