I telephoned the help line to set up a direct debit for items I purchased over the Christmas period. After pushing button after button I finally found myself talking to someone in India! I was asked my card number which I gave and all went quiet. I was on the telephone over 9 minutes and then was cut off. I won't bother shopping in Debenhams again after this episode.
I thought a customer servicesdepartment was supposed to help you, not rip you off with telephone charges. Complete joke and I thought Debenhams was a major store!
