As a new customer I was attracted to their offers so I`ved put an order - items pending - items out of stock - ITEMS CANCELLED, sent a message to customer service was called back, ordered something else, items pending - items out of stock - ITEMS CANCELLED once again despite being assured that my order will go through smoothly...
What does the company expect me to do more??? waited 2 weeks now between my first and second order and I am still nowhere.
I will probably just give up nothings is sure... you like something order it, pay and after waiting days/a wekk or even more you get ITEMS CANCELLED geee this is gonna haunt me fro a while o.O
2 stars for somehow friendly customer service, oh well who knows perhaps something will be done but I doubt that.... u_u

I made a purchase a few days ago on Amazon and told that Yodel will deliver... staid in all day with my eyes on the door just to check my parcel online and discover that presumably they tried to deliver o.O. I called immediately customer service to make them aware of the LIE (that was their so call update) and to arrange a redelivery - the chap that I spoke to mentioned that it was too late for the van to come today, so I went out with my husband and baby to do some shopping as I left it so late on the day because of YODEL.
Came home to discover that they tried again to deliver - they can`t be trusted - so the deliver man basically came after his working hours to deliver my parcle, what a load of b*** now I will have to wait tomorrow - hoping that they will not mess around with my time again.
Also as someone already mentioned to call customer service costs - RIP OFF
