I ordered antivirus software but as it took so long I e-mailed them to cancel the order. As I found out they never reply to e-mails. They said I could send it back when received and a refund processed. I did this and called about my refund. This was in January. They claimed I hadn't sent it back. I wrote to them and they then claimed I had opened the product which was a lie. They said they would contact Norton to see if it was registered to me. I said that was fine. Never heard anything else. I called them today 4th April to find out what was happening. They hung up on me and then processed the refund in the time I took to call back. In effect the refund would never have been processed if I hadn't called. Cowboys. Don't use them.
