Have ordered with this company a handful of times and three of my orders have gone missing. They won't refund/replace until you fill out one of their claim forms but you have to chase for this as their automated email system doesn't work as there are no attachments.
They show absolutely no interest in making refunds/replacements simple and don't go out of their way to keep you as a customer by resolving the issue promptly.
For my last order, they dispatched it later than it said on it's website and then later told me one of the items wasn't in stock and would have to order it in! Why list products for sale if you don't have them?
Now it's too late for me to order the products from another site because the Jan sales have finished and I placed this order on 4th Jan.
Sent the claim form back yesterday requesting a next day delivery replacement and got an email back saying the courier had returned the items (when they discovered this I don't know as they had previously advised the order had been lost) and would refund the order, even though I'd clearly asked for a replacement.
I wanted to buy some monitors and an audio mixer but wasn't sure of the cables I needed. GAK were really helpful and responded quickly, plus threw in a cable for free. Next day delivery was free and had no problems with the order arriving on time. Prices are also good so will definitely be using them again. Oh, and they through in a pair of free headphones! :-)
