I placed my order in September 2011, first announced delivery date was end of december, followed by 2 postponings of the delivery date due to "quality problems"! (Eames Lounge Chair with Ottoman)
I don´t get any response except the automised eMail response, no direct feedback, no personell contact at all.
I´m more than surpised to hear about the quality problems they seem to have, as the furniture is undoubtly cheaper than the original stuff, but far away from being cheap!
I ask for a withdrawal of the contract, as I no longer believe in pure quality problems but furthermore in a snowball-system - guess: No response at all!
I can´t give any good rating for this company, sorry to say that.
I´m currently trying to find a lawyer in the UK, as my german lawyer sees no chance to do anything from here...
