Lack of shopping options.

It's very difficult for me to get out at the moment and found it very surprising and annoying that Currys do not have the HP facility online.

Maybe something you should look into!!!!!


Poor Quality!!!!! :-(

I recently opened an account with Next and was really disappointed. I ordered some cultery £40+ (inc delivery) and they looked like i got the from poundland. The cheeeeeeapest plastic decor you could imagine on cheap plastic handles.
I had to send them back asap and of course I had to pay for the return as well.
Now the only thing that I'll order from them is flowers!!!!!


Signature forged.

Ordered a camcorder and a freeview box online, then had a littlewoods rep trying to convince me that I could pay next year for item. I explained that I hadn't recieved the item yet and then the rep tells me that not only did I get the camcorder 2 weeks ago I signed for it!!!! As advised I checked the garden shed whilst on the phone and found it soaking wet (was suppose to be signature needed and no card was left at my door). I have since returned it as not confident that it would be working properly in the near future and I had missed the event it was ordered for. (When i asked the rep about the freeview box she said it was out of stock). I am far from happy with littlewoods way of handling this fraudulet event. I have complained twice and i recieved an email telling me that the complaint has been sent to the courier company but still i've heard nothing. How am i suppose to be confident purchasing items from littlewoods when they show such little care for the fraud committed and the faith of their loyal customers. SHOCKING!!!!!!


Don't expect to get the food you ordered online.

20% of my last order was either unavailable or substituted. Asda has always been a problem, I went back to Tesco weeks ago but wanted to take advantage of a deal at Asda. Clearly things haven't changed with asda service. Thank goodness for Tesco.

Friday Ad

Challenging ordeal.

Website use on my blackberry was limited, hence calling to place ad. I then had to call back twice as my ad could not be found. It turned out that the agent who was asked to place ad to sell 'iphone 4s', had placed the ad as 'i phone4 s'. No wonder that after days i hadn't had any calls. I then asked if the time could be extended as i had already paid for a featured ad and i was told that he could not do that. I requested a callback from manager which I received and an additional 3 days was granted. Warning: When placing an order via phone ensure you request the spaces to be put in the correct places.


Finally staff who care & value their customers.

Ok so Tesco can be slightly more than Asda BUT Tesco has delivered the correct items, only 2 substitutes and expire dates in a reasonable time. They are always on time and delivery men are always friendly and helpful. Swapping to Tesco was best decision.


Great company!!!

Recently spent some time in hospital and came home 2 days before my son's birthday. I placed my order with Amazon and son was skating around the house the next day on his new skateboard.
Thanks Amazon, you saved the day once again.


Appalling. **Read the update part: I want my money back!**

Flowers notthing like what I ordered, the colour very different (dark) looked like they should have been for a funeral and not a birthday. Then to add more embarrassment the roses were past the fully opened stage. I've never been so publicly embarrassed in all my life. Also no telephone service so you can not call them, I sent a complaint via email and received template email with a promise to contact me asap. But I've heard nothing. Don't use this company they have no care nor respect for their customers.

So iFlorist said they would send my sister some flowers AND guess what? It didn't happen!!! This company is ridiculously unprofessional. I emailed iFlorist reminding them that the flowers had to be delivered by 4.30pm. The reply stated that the driver would be contacted and then I'd be emailed back. This did not happen either. The service is shockingly disgusting. I just want my money back and i have insisted on this from iFlorist. Let's see how long it is to take for this refund.
Once again in case you have forgotten my advice in the first complaint: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
