now I cannot check my status on INFURN as my username and pasword are invalid!!
I have heard nothing from anyone despite the new management undertaking to contact people by end February. Like I said, they seem to focussing on the those tempting to sue in the UK. Out of country orders and customers are left with nothing. DISGRACEFUL and I am not letting this go.

I paid for my order 4th November 2011 and have not had any contact from the new management team despite saying you will remedy outstanding issues "by February"..
Are you picking and choosing which customers to contact?
My order has not progressed and despite making countless attempts to contact your company, I have got nowhere with INFURN, it has been the worst and most infuriating experience of internet purchasing EVER! INFURN has a case to answer for its disgraceful treatment of customers. You should have AT LEAST contacted each customer with an update and apology. I have received nothing.
Please provide me with an update, when can I expect my order? why do some of your customers... those posting on this forum.. remain unaddressed by you?
If I could give INFURN minus 5 stars I would, you don't deserve 1. You give the impression that you have certain stock to hand and deliveries are imminent;
but why have others heard absolutely nothing from INFURN no matter what colour they chose?
