The online ordering was so simple and the communication kept me completely informed as to when my item would be delivered. The driver arrived bang in the middle of the allotted time.
We bought our bed from the clearance section as there was a small hole (literally tip of finger size) and it was reduced to the point we just could not leave it. We were trading our old double bed (bought from a secondhand shop) to a larger size so that we can get some room when both our cats want to join us on chilly nights!
The Click4Beds website was a doddle to navigate and, having found this fantastic faux leather superking bed base and selected our mattress, the checking out process was simple, too. We were contacted by customer service to notify us of the delivery date (we had not gone for next day delivery as it wasn't urgent) and the bed arrived on the promised day.
On the morning of the delivery, customer service telephoned to say that they had found the legs (lovely little bun feet) for the bed base in the warehouse and that they were being sent by courier for next day delivery. Unfortunately, when we (sorry, when my husband!) started to assemble the bed, he discovered that there were some pieces missing, i.e. the slats and stabilising legs, so I contacted customer service and received a polite apology and a request that I email the exact list of missing parts and Tana would make sure they were sent but, as it was lateish on Friday, we would not receive them until Tuesday. My husband duly reassembled our old bed and, as promised, the missing bits arrived on Tuesday morning by courier. Bearing in mind that we paid only the standard delivery charge and got the bed base itself for half price, I consider this to be excellent customer service and at the company's expense (yes I know the fact that it was half price shouldn't make a difference, but I still think it was good!).
Certainly, it would have been great had it all arrived in one package, and at the time I was not particularly pleased, but I suspect this item had been in the warehouse for a little while and, in being moved around to accommodate new stock, the various packs had become separated - remember, the staff at Click4Beds are human, too, and we all make mistakes from time to time. It was not exactly a life or death situation, just a new bed!!
All in all, our experience has been very good and I would not hesitate to buy from Click4Beds again in the future, nor to recommend them. When
I have zero willpower and, even with Diet Chef's wonderful variety and range, I've been naughty from time to time (well, okay, lots!) but when I received my first box I got a notebook and wrote down everything I had ordered so I could rate it when I tried it. Out of all the items I've tried, there are only three crosses and that is down to my personal taste rather than there being anything wrong with the food. If, like me, you go off the rails when confronted with having to prepare a meal from things from the freezer, fridge and cupboard, this plan is absolutely marvellous and, to be fair, doesn't cost much more than you'd be spending anyway if you take into account snacks.
I have bought a variety of things from Vistaprint, ranging from business cards and brochures to pens and polo shirts and I can honestly say that the quality of products I received in no way reflects the price I paid - it far outweighs the cost. I will continue to buy items for my businesses from Vistaprint for many years to come.
