I signed up for a 30 day trial when Netflix started to look a bit stale but cancelled the same day. They seem to have a huge selection of B movies and not much else, what a load of old rubbish. It's a cheap subscription, but what's the point when you can't see anything you want to watch.
I'm only interested in the streaming service, as waiting several days for a dvd to arrive in the post seems very outdated. LoveFilm's streaming content is even more limited than their dvd selection. Streaming also seemed to use huge amounts of battery power and make my laptop run red hot, by comparison Netflix streaming worked really well and didn't leave me with a dead battery and a howling cooling fan after each film.
Finally, why no app for Android? This is something Netflix offer and is really useful. The technology obviously exists, why don't LoveFilm catch up?
I'm only an occasional subscriber, but it's definitely back to Netflix for me the next time I sign up.
I've used Park Cameras for a few years now, and bought several cameras, lenses and accessories from them. They are always well informed and helpful (unlike some high street chains I could mention) and their prices are always amongst the lowest around.
I've had the occasional abrupt conversation on the phone, which is the one area I think could be slightly improved. Generally they have been great if I've had any problems.
A really good independent camera store.
