I can't believe that this company is allowed to trade it should be issued with a winding up order! Unfortunately I read the reviews after I had placed my order, I had hoped that maybe I might be one of the small amount of people that actually do recieve the item they paid for....clearly not so far!
I ordered a bloom highchair on the 8th December (plenty of time for an item that was stated as 'in stock' on the website to be delivered for Christmas). SoBaby state on their website that dispatch for in stock items is 7-10 days, so when on the 11th day the status of my order hadn't changed I tried to contact SoBaby. I have tried calling them but they are permanently on answerphone which advises you to email them, I am now on my 6th email and still have had no response from them and no highchair!
As a result of the highchair not being delivered my daughter was unable to spend her first Christmas dinner with us! This has to be one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune of buying from! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Also even giving a one star rating to SoBaby.co.uk is far too much in my opinion as if I could I would give a big fat 0!
