I couldn't agree with Niki's comments more, I placed my order with Infurn 8th. November 2011 and to date I still have not received my goods or any valid reason from Infurn.
I originally bought a BigBoy XXL via GroupOn and they have (exactly
like Niki) moved my delivery date. It has been siting on Week 03 since! They gave me a tracking number on my invoice on it states that my order has been sent to DHL, I used the DHL tracking service and unsurprisingly it states 'no result found for your query'.
I have sent them another email yesterday (7th. Feb 2012) and have copied in GroupOn's service team and as yet I have had no reply.
If you value your money, patience and sanity then don't waste your time effort or cash on Infurn.
Total disgrace and poor excuse for a company that over promises and under delivers.
