Poor customer service

Ordered over £400 of wooden flooring online, had to pay the delivery charge twice as they only allow a certain amount per order. Both orders came as one delivery. Had 32 pack of wood flooring arrive and after checking 5 were a completely different colour. Phoned the helpline and got told in a nice way that it was tough crap and they will not rush the correct ones out to me but just send them on the 10 day slow delivery option like the first lot. Thanks for nothing homebase I then had to wait a further 3 days for the wood to acclimatised to my room.
