My local domino's always deliver quickly, never had a problem at all. They're always polite and professional and get my order right every time.
I love the online ordering, it makes it easy to choose what you want and to customise your order. The cost of a pizza is a little high though so I usually order when there's a special offer like 2 for Tuesday.
I recently ditched 3 because they had very poor coverage in my area, I was unable to make any calls at all from my home. I wanted to cancel and stated by reasons and was offered a deal on another phone. When I again mentioned the coverage issues and that I had tried a different handset I was told I was in an area of good coverage! Seriously? Customer service don't seem to listen and are more concerned about retention to the point of contradicting my claim of poor coverage.
I've had a few other small issues with customer service, like receiving and being charged for paper bills despite my online account showing I had opted out. Support is OK but often time consuming to get a satisfactory outcome.
I ordered a desktop system from Dell after shopping around for a while. For the price I paid (£380) I got considerably from Dell than from other retailers, including a 1GB graphics card and Windows 7 Home Premium. There was lots of bundled software, most of which I did not want but some of which was useful including a subscription to McAfee's security suite.
Selling two old phones was quick and easy. In less than a week I had raised a sell request, received a pre-paid envelope through the post and received confirmation of the sale. Their price was the best on the comparison websites I tried. I would definitely recommend Mazuma Mobile.
