2 bean bags ordered early November via Groupon for my children for Christmas, up to 6 weeks no problem because thats before Christmas!
No communication to confirm order will be delayed
No reply to e-mails
Groupon have no control over delivery
18 days ago told bean bag is on the way
2nd bean bag now being delivered (we'll see) in March
£40.00 voucher - but if you compliment company on website you get 50 euros!
Worst customer service I have ever received in my life (38 years), looks like Infurn are monitoring this website and trying to mop up. Too late.
Infurn e-mailed me this week to say that they are not using DHL anymore and are using another firm, I have asked for the name of this mysterious firm and Groupon or Infurn are not responding.
