Up to 6 weeks delivery - no chance still waiting - should of been delivered before Christmas for my 2 children.
Groupon have no control over suppliers at all.
2 bean bags ordered early November via Groupon for my children for Christmas, up to 6 weeks no problem because thats before Christmas!
No communication to confirm order will be delayed

18 days ago told bean bag is on the way
2nd bean bag now being delivered (we'll see) in March
£40.00 voucher - but if you compliment company on website you get 50 euros!
Worst customer service I have ever received in my life (38 years), looks like Infurn are monitoring this website and trying to mop up. Too late.
Infurn e-mailed me this week to say that they are not using DHL anymore and are using another firm, I have asked for the name of this mysterious firm and Groupon or Infurn are not responding.
I'm on Twitter @Craneyo and will Tweet every day about this complete lack of customer service by Groupon and Infurn. #beanbagjustice is the hashtag I will be using!

Your order AU-90264 has been cancelled as per your referrer Groupon. Infurn had no influence over Groupon's decision of cancelling this order. Please note we will refund your shipping cost,your voucher cost will be refunded by Groupon.
