Terrible

Do NOT order from these people!! I have sent 3 emails complaining and I have not had a reply to any of them.
They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but this is definitely not the case.
Flowers cost £55. They were a tiny display and were weathered and old looking. Upset as they were sent to a relative as she had recently lost her young son.
This company advertise a LIVE chat but it is always OFF LINE!!!!!!
VERY bad experience. Will NEVER use again.

Great price but delivery company needs sorting

Electricshop.com were great themselves. Their prices were the best on the net.My Samsung TV was as expected and well packaged.
The only issue was with the delivery side of things.I was told to expect a call the day before delivery and to check the item before signing for it. There was no phone call, it just turned up and luckily I was at home. It was a 40inch TV so I dont know what would have happened if I wasnt in.Also the delivery man would not wait for me to unwrap it so I had to sign as unchecked.
When I phoned Electricshop they apologised on behalf of the delivery people so hopefully they have sorted that now.
