Delivery company a let down....
I was sent a confirmation email by abbey pro for delivery on wednesday. Come friday still nothing... so put in my consignment number on the city-link website and it read that goods had been signed for....hhhmmm?!?! I then spent an hour on the phone trying to discover the whereabouts of my goods, in the end I drove ten miles to the nearest city-link depo to collect them personally. It's a shame as the ordered items were great so no blame can directly be pointed at abbey pro though this will greatly affect any decision to use them in the future....

A day late an inept website shambolic phone service and still no package!!! It's incredible how such company's exist......

The Vater Chris Pennie stick is difficult to find in the uk so I hope you carry on stocking them... Delivery was spot on and also the pricing of these sticks are £3 cheaper than the 5b's i was buying from my nearest shop.......
