Can be risky
Buying and selling on ebay can be risky, I have had to deal with quite a few rude and unhelpful sellers and buyers. I've probably been out of pocket quite a few times too. All in all I would rather by from a reputable company than off someone on ebay.

Another company that has got customer service down to a T! Any refunds/exchanges are dealt with promptly and are no hassle. The grocery delivery drivers are always polite and cheerful. And they give you a text to tell you when they will arrive on the day of delivery (i.e. between 1.15-2.15pm)

Chemist direct's customer service is fabulous, nothing is too much trouble for them and they always reply promptly, My items all arrive next working day and discreetly packaged. I couldn't recommend Chemist Direct enough!

I'm always a bit cautious about making purchases online, especially if its a website I have never used before but paypals policy's are great and I know if I have any problems with a purchase it will be sorted out quickly and easily.
