I too made the mistake of grabbing what I thought was a great bargin. My experience mirrors that of the scores of people who have been let down with promises followed by the inevitable shift in expected delivery date.
I have tried to contact Infurn who replied that as they were inundated with orders the have not been able to meet demand. The old tried and tested excuse when it comes to Groupon offers. I asked to at least have the delivery payment refunded but they are now just ignoring me and hoping I go away.
So I received a call from Sonia the day after I posted my review. I am not sure why they respond to complaints posted on this website and not when emails are sent directly to Infurn but that is just one of a number of things that do not make sense.
Sonia explained that Infurn were overwhelmed etc etc and offered me the chance to change my order from blue to red so that the BigBoy would be delviered earlier and I accepted. They then explained that the due date was not the actual due date but the date that the item reaches Infurns warehouse. No other company that I have ever shopped with does this so I do not understand why Infurn do. I was then told that I should now take receipt of my BigBoy by the 2nd of March. This date has now come and gone with no sign of the BigBoy. The tracking order number on the website cannot be displayed so I am still in the dark as to when I will finally receive the BigBoy. Sonia if you are reading this please give me a call. Groupon if you are reading this I would sincerely like to know what you are doing to resolve this.
