Was let down by another company after a 35 mile round trip. Used Miller/Metcalfe from finding them on the internet. Set up the survey which was carried out quickly and at a competitive price. Did not have to leave my home to set it up. Just the service I wanted. Many thanks.
I saw a great price on a DeWalt jigsaw, my favourite make of power tools. It was delivered fast and free. To my horror I then realised I had ordered the 110v instead of the 240v. I was worried as most internet companies are great until you have to return something!
Rang up and was told to send it back with a note, which I did. I was then going on holiday for a week so had heard nothing but I believe that FFX had tried to contact me as I needed to pay return postage. My only minor point is that they could have left a message. However on my return I paid the postage £4.13 and received the jigsaw the next day. Very reasonable postage as it was entirely my fault that I ordered the wrong model. Well done and thanks FFx and I will be recommending you to others.
