Manfacturing Problem

I purchashed a 1000 x 1000mm quandrant shower cubicle from the BigBathroomShop when it arrived the box was so badly damaged I feared the worst. On opening everything appeared O.K. been working away so only unable to assemble it on Saturday. Tried to assemble it but the manufactured slots in both the top and bottom frames were not cut out properly unable to locate the section of glass because of this manfacturing problem.On further inspection the mastic on the sealed unit has two serious flaws. It is these manufacturing problems that prompted me to return the goods under the sale of goods act.I have too say that their wasn't a problem with regards to returning the product and to date BigBathroomsShop have been rather helpful, however it remains to be seen if We get our money Back
