Error with departure time supplied by Opodo meant I missed my flight - had to pay for replacement flights (putting me £2k out of pocket). It took almost a year of Opodo washing their hands of me, ignoring emails and phone calls, then worse still replying and promising a response that never came.
I had to resort to calling them out on their own Facebook page (they really don't like that by the way - but it DOES get a response so I can recommend it). Ended up getting a full refund after being offered everything but a full refund - partial refund, refund in flight vouchers and a promised refund by a definite date that didn't occur on three separate occasions.
Even then I got a very polite lady on the phone who did seem to take it seriously at last who said she was very sorry and embarrassed by the whole event but nothing else from Opodo at all - not even a "thank God you're gone" email.
Awful company - so many other places to search for and book flights these days I recommend you try every other option before trying Opodo.co.uk or any version of Opodo.
