Good reliable service and excellent value for money. My only criticism is the speed of the broadband which is sometimes slow and frustrating. Customer service is good.
This shop really bugs me they always have a sale but there never appears to be any items that are advertised in the brochures or on line, even if you go on the initial sale day. They do seem to have improved their overall range in the catalogue and have some more expensive and better quality ranges which prove to be favourable. The staff can be hostile sometimes if you require a refund and this can alter a shopping experience.
Had my first Pizza for my birthday treat, it arrived luke warm and soggy and was very heavy in texture. There was no evidence of the toppings I asked for and when I went to my branch and complained the gentleman in charge was great but instead of refunding my money I was told I could have another pizza for free next time I made another purchase. I was not impressed to say the least.
I first saw this site advertised on Lorraine Kelly's breakfast show several years ago. The advice is up to date, with some great tips to save money. Loads of useful links to other information, regular emails received of the newsletter.
It is never possible to find any members of staff if you shop after 6pm, they must all hide in our local branch, LOL. The staff are not knowledgeable about their products and seem to try and sell you the most expensive even if it is not suitable. Electrical items tend to break down so product insurance is a good idea but very pricey.
