Some customer service ! !
Ordered 3 items. I was told one would be 10 days no problem with that ! then the other item turned up with parts missing wich took 4 days for bits to arive and the other item didn't t turn up so had to get locally got refund customer service was ok after 5 phone call and 2 emails

Heater came damaged was sent new parts to repair it but was basically accused of damaging it myself by Steve . I find very insulting as a disabled person found it hard to replace my parts and had to pay someone to do it as the heaters are not cheap to begin with would never use this company again and don't recommend it to any one but Tracey I spoke to was great .

Rubbish customer service
Can not give a review and find it amazing as you have not relplied to my email I never received my items as of today and seems you are in contact with delivery service I am going to ask pay pal to return my money and will not use your company again

I'm sorry you feel we have not offered you good customer service.
On checking our systems I cannot find any emails from yourself, however I have tracked you delivery and it shows as being delivered on 06.02.12 at 14.12 and has been left in your outbuilding.
Please let me know if this has not been the case.

I have looked into this for you and have found you only ordered one item from us which was in stock and was delivered to you within 2 days of your placing the order.
I think this review may have been sent to the wrong place.
