Incredibly poor service

18 days after my no fault head on collision, I have received one phone call from Axa, today, this to tell me that as I have no witness and no third party the accident is logged against me as my fault. After 8 calls,instigated by me during the 18 days this gets REALLY REALLY wearing. Oops yes, we got that information wrong (Again). 18 days on my car has only just had repairs started on it, this after I arranged collection of my car, to my garage (main Mini dealer) and whom collected it within half an hour of me ringing and who called me every day to confirm that Axa has still not authorised repairs. Axa refused me the use of a courtesy car (because I had sorted my choice of garage) and systematically reminded me on every occasion that I called that the accident would be logged as my fault.
Appalling customer service, non existent communication, poor retention of really important details, repeated chasing and whom treats customers like con merchants.
I strongly recommend you do not use this company and I certainly will not be renewing with them.
I feel that strongly that if I had the money to pay for the repairs I would do so and tell Axa to shove it, right where the sun don't shine. Seething does not even come close to the way I feel at the moment
Hit and run........ Yes twice and one of those by the people you don't expect it off.


Better bathrooms better service

Highly recommended, beautiful products, great prices and superb service, especially from Steve
Communication is brilliant throughout and you get a call to confirm a specified time slot beforehand and a call when ther are on the way and are within an hour
I have bought a full bathroom suite including whirlpool bath and fitted furniture plus a suite for my en-suite and I'm thrilled to bits with it all
Very fast delivery within a week and they deliver at weekends as well.

Wake up to a new face

This is like comparing dial up to cable, the difference is incredible and I will not be going back to a traditional estate agency.

Impressive,responsive,value for money, professional. Just a few things that spring to mind and the list is endless. I have had endless frustrations with traditional estate agents in the last twelve months that have brought me to tears. The poor customer service from them beggars belief and Housenetwork is like a breath of fresh air

I paid the all inclusive fee and my house has gone to market with 27 photo's, rightmove premium listing and a vast array of tools available to both me and buyers, all this within 12 hours of them coming out to the property. This makes the traditional path look like the poor country cousin.
