After posting on this web-site back in Feb a representative from Infurn called me to apologize and to advise a on delivery date which is in March (I presume 2012!). I am still baffled order has taken so long and I have to come on this web-site to get a answer from the company! After reading the other stories I am still not confident on receiving my goods and will be contacting 'Watchdog' to try and highlight this company.
I ordered back in Oct and still waiting. The (latest) delivery estimate has gone from week 3 to 50!. Trying to contact someone is one of the most frustrating experiences of my life! If you can find a phone number then it is a recorded message. I have received one e-mail back from Infurn stating my ordered SHOULD be delivered by end of Feb 2012 but then I checked the estimated delivery on my account and this now sates week 50. I have sent numerous e-mails confirming clarification and still awaiting a response. I will wait until 1st March and will be then contact trading standards as looking on this web-site it seems my experience is not unusual.
