Contact made .... but still waiting.

After posting on this web-site back in Feb a representative from Infurn called me to apologize and to advise a on delivery date which is in March (I presume 2012!). I am still baffled order has taken so long and I have to come on this web-site to get a answer from the company! After reading the other stories I am still not confident on receiving my goods and will be contacting 'Watchdog' to try and highlight this company.

Thank you for your comments. Further to our telephone conversation of 10 February 2012 I did indeed confirm that your orders AU87217 & AU87213 would both be released for shipment from our warehouse in Germany week commencing 13 February 2012. I explained that shipping from Germany to the UK & Ireland is normally 5 working days, upon arrival your order is despatched to our freight providers for delivery. Both orders will be arriving in the UK week commencing 27 February 2012. I explained the new management team was in place to deal with the order defaults and customer service and that your order was delayed due to availability of your requested colour choice, therefore you agreed to accept an alternative colour for earlier shipment.

Again apologies for the inconvenience caused to you in this matter, however, I hope this clarifies the situation. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me at support@infurn.com.

Terrible & still waiting!!! DO NOT USE.

I ordered back in Oct and still waiting. The (latest) delivery estimate has gone from week 3 to 50!. Trying to contact someone is one of the most frustrating experiences of my life! If you can find a phone number then it is a recorded message. I have received one e-mail back from Infurn stating my ordered SHOULD be delivered by end of Feb 2012 but then I checked the estimated delivery on my account and this now sates week 50. I have sent numerous e-mails confirming clarification and still awaiting a response. I will wait until 1st March and will be then contact trading standards as looking on this web-site it seems my experience is not unusual.
