When you look at the value for money that Sports Direct offer you can see why they are a rapidly expanding company.
Every man, woman and child can afford to get the sports equipment they need here (and that's not an exaggeration!!!)
I have now ordered from them on three separate occasions and every time the confirmation email came through, followed by the dispatch email with the goods arriving in good time and as expected.
The fact that you can track your items is an unexpected bonus and gives you peace of mind on delivery.
All in all I will be using them again both online and in store, with these prices I'd be foolish not to.
I have nothing but good things to say, I ordered a Tumble Dryer online on the Sat early afternoon and chose their next day service (not thinking for a minute that it would be possible) I received the confirmation Email and waited in anticipation.
They as promised delivered on Sunday and took the rubbish away.
They couldn't really do any more. :-)
I made a purchase with the Direct Sport E-shop web site on the 8th Feb 2012, after their 3pm deadline for next day delivery.
I felt compelled to write only my 3rd online review after seeing some of the comments made from others on this company.
I can only tell my experience but since ordering my Badminton racket, bag and shuttles on 8th Feb @ 10pm (a weds) I received, as stated an email on Thursday Morning stating that my payment had been processed and that my order was in process.
Approx 5:30pm I received a second email stating my order had been dispatched with the courier, along with a tracking no.
I checked the tracking no this morning (Fri 10th Feb) to find that the parcel had left the couriers local Depot and was due to me between 10:26-11:26 (you don't often get a 1hr delivery slot BIG BROWNIE POINTS!)
I received and signed for my goods at 10:54.
Great service - delivered on time and in good condition with great auto comms from Direct sports.
Don't be put off by a couple of less than good reviews and keep in mind that you are more likely to vocalise a complaint than you are a compliment, and if I can only see 5 bad reviews for a direct fulfillment website/store then they must be doing something right for the majority of their customers........think on.
