I ordered 7 items of Sheesham (Indian Rosewood) bedroom furniture. They said if I found the items cheaper, they would price match them. After a lot of searching I managed to find 2 of the items cheaper elsewhere and true to their word they matched the prices.
I received an e-mail 2 days later saying that 2 of the items were out of stock and would take 6 weeks to arrive, I actually received them within 3 weeks.
The quality of the furniture is outstanding, especially considering the price I paid. Solid, heavy, hand made, high quality wooden furniture shouldn't be this cheap..... but it is! Take advantage of it! You won't regret buying from Lifestyle Furniture.
I ordered a Rancilio Silvia & Grinder package at a very good price and £5 for "Within 5 days delivery". On top of this you are charged an extra £5 (that was never mentioned until checkout) for heavy duty packaging? It would be nice to be offered the opportunity to purchase it with weak sub-standard packaging, but the option wasn't there.
One week later and I had received no updates from either coffeeitalia or UPS who were supposedly delivering it. I sent e-mails to every address on the site and eventually received the machine one week later than expected. I was given 1kg of coffee as compensation for the delay but an update would have been appreciated.
I may have just been unlucky and this may be a great company. But, to me, customer service is more than just selling good products at a cheap price.
