As stated, the site has some really good offers most the time but if something goes wrong the few pounds it would save you would be better off being spent elsewhere.
I ordered the wrong product and immediately asked to cancel it and order one in a different colour. About 4 days later they replied and said this wasn't possible due to the product being ready for dispatch. Fair play I thought, only it wasn't at all. A week later and it had still not been sent! I asked them why on earth in the time taken to send it the order couldn't have been reversed. They then started saying it was sent days ago, though I knew it hadn't as even on their site it said still awaiting dispatch!
When it arrived I went through the lengthy returns procedure and sent it via proof of posting. 1 month later and still no refund. They claimed not to have received it though fortunately I kept proof of posting and so am just awaiting that to be confirmed.
Another problem I had was when my discount code didn't go through and again immediately I sent them a message asking if they could help. They said they couldn't and I'd have to return the products for a refund - needless to say I didn't bother for the 10% saving when the postage would have cost more! They should take a lesson from Schuh who refund you straight to your bank account if discount problems occur.
Too much hassle for too little saving.

As the title says, now my number one supp company due to the savings I've made! Used them for the past 7 months now and will continue whilst they offer the service they have been. Major thing I love is that they seem to sell all the flavours and powders I love but can't get else where.
The only gripe I have that nearly made me give them 4 were that they don't tell you exactly when to expect your pacel (time wise) like another top company do, just day wise so I can end up waiting around all day for a delivery sometimes!
