After filling out the delivery/banking details on my phone, i accidentally typed the wrong billing/shipping postcode. One email sorted this & didnt slow down the order. I've had issues similar to this in the past with large companies and they were unable to make similar changes. Awesome work
First of all, their prices are very good.
Second, they are based in the UK. I had an issue with my card and they rang me to quickly confirm and this didn't slow down my order.
Third, when I had an issue with my product and had to return it (a technical fault, not there fault) they were very nice on the phone, even had a geeky chat with the guy who sorted it out very quickly.
This is one of the few companies online who have managed both a good price and a friendly high end service. Give them a go
