I ordered an item which turned out to have a small fault. Initially it was ok e-mailing customer services but a little tricky in sending a photo of the item which they requested.
The phone number on which I eventually got through to enquire how to send the photo was the one for customers ringing in from abroad. However, absolutely no problems whatsoever aboiut the complaint - a new item was dispatched immediately and they didn't want the faulty one back. That's what I call good old fashioned service.
From our initial enquiry to the actual point of sale we felt we were dealt with very civilly. We never felt under pressure and every question we had was answered with patience. If there was any disappointments over available colour of the vehicle or upholstery, at the point of manufacture, these were handled with consideration by the Chorley staff. A call to Anton and a recent very minor problem with the vehicle is being handled quickly and efficiently. From what we experienced, we would recommend the
