I was really thrilled with a product I received from Debenhams via their website so when I received an email from them asking me to rate it, I was only too happy to and took time to craft a glowing review of it, giving it five stars. It was rejected. I have no idea why; it followed their guidelines to the letter and was nothing was remotely questionable about it - nothing negative, even! I went back to the website to see if I could find a contact email, so I could clarify why this might have happened, but I just found a vicious circle of annoying help page Q&As and the internet eventually led me here. Totally infuriating, and it has taken the shine off my great product. No, Debenhams, I won't rate my future purchases - it's obviously a total waste of time.
