A rip off
Found the same hotel room for £10 cheaper - sent them all the info they wanted to receive a refund of the difference and just receive automated emails and rubbish - clearly a false offer - avoid

In contrast with the previous companies that I dealt with I found the service you offered was simple, straightforward and, above all, honest.
