Poor

Despite agreeing a delivery date for a Saturday and having it confirmed by a text to my mobile I didn't receive the promised telephone call from the delivery driver between the hours of 7am and 9am and the delivery was not made.I stayed at home all day and phoned Climbing Frames but they were not open.I tried to phone the delivery company and they were not working.I also e-mailed Climbing Frames without success.
Climbing Frames have not offered an apology nor compensation for having wasted a precious Saturday spent at home.

We're sorry to hear that you weren't totally satisfied with your service. I'm afraid we have never, and still do not offer Saturday deliveries so unfortunately there appears to have been confusion at the time the delivery was booked.

We have very good feedback on our delivery service, as we can deliver the vast majority of items within 5-8 days.
