Their products offer you the value for money that you expect.

When I cancelled my contract they were not too happy!
The phone that I had chosen did not perform as well as the advertising suggested.
I therefore tried to cancel the contract in the store just 2 days after opening it!
They made it very awkward to cancel it without penalties!
I won in the end but they made it difficult.
