Aria

Always great service with aria

Used Aria many times now for the purchase of various PC components, peripherals and accessories ranging from inexpensive £10-20 items to those £100+ in value.

Most of my orders have went by without problems on Aria's side though i have had 2 where items were damaged. I was able though to fill out an RMA request, ship items back and get credit/replacement items within a very reasonable time frame. Also i've never had any problems with delivery via city link in my area but it's nice to see they switched to using DPD due to many problems elsewhere and on that front items have arrived to me as and when i expected from DPD and in good packaging.

The only negative i have is that there are some area's where they don't always stock as big as range of products as i'd hope for but having said that they have been expanding some lines and right now most area's have a good choice.

Overall i'd highly rate Aria based on my experiences with them. Of course getting damaged items is never great but on the flipside it's nice to know that the returns process is pain free a pretty quick so should it happen again in future i won't have to worry .

Cash Generator

Wrong item sent and first order randomly refunded

I used the Cashgenerator website to search for a cheap laptop and after much researching several models within my price i purchased one with ease via PayPal. A little while later i got 2 emails, one saying my item had shipped but then a PayPal email saying i had been refunded with a note saying the item was beyond economical repair even though on their site it was never listed as faulty or damaged.

I then decided to find another model of laptop from them and settled on a new one which i purchased with ease again and this time getting it shipped fairly quickly from purchase. After a few days a parcel arrived from them which was a laptop but on closer inspection it was not the one i ordered despite looking the same, It had one letter difference at the beginning of the model number meaning it was of a completely different spec (Intel CPU in the supplied laptop vs AMD in the one i wanted).

Further to it being the wrong model the 2 mouse buttons on the laptop were non-functioning so even if i was happy enough with the different model i would not be able to use it properly without an external mouse which defeats the purpose.

I have contacted the store where i bought it from via the form on the website but as of yet i have not received a response though i have to give them a bit more time to respond before i make judgement on any response.
