My order on this occasion was delivered efficiently and very speedily however I haven't given the company 5 stars for the following reason:
I required a replacement cover for my OBO hockey goalkeeping helmet before Christmas. I had spoken with the company and they had promised to contact me once they became available. It was anticipated that this would be just after Christmas. I waited and waited and eventually I noticed that the covers were being offered at a reduced cost on the website but I hadn't received any communication! This is a black mark for their Customer Services.
I found the website easy to use and items had good information written about them. My towel rail arrived very quickly and well wrapped. It was easy to install with all screws and rawl plugs provided. I am very pleased with the result.
